This weekend… A Friday evening reunion (the Danes!) // celebrations for my 23rd birthday on Saturday started with a birthday breakfast // a bike ride into town on a rainy afternoon for a little shopping at lunch at Singel 404 // a walk through the Jordaan // a Saturday afternoon nap before a birthday dinner complete with drinks and cake // heading out to Hannekes Boom on Saturday evening for drinks and a little dancing // a late start on Sunday morning // heading out to the opening weekend of Roest in Amsterdam-Oost on Sunday afternoon // soaking up sunshine and tunes // dinner on the rooftop on a sunny Sunday evening // preparing for another night out, Queen’s Night // sitting along the Keizersgracht Sunday night watching the boats go by, sipping glasses of wine // waking up early Monday morning for Queen’s Day! // breakfast on the roof // a sunny warm Queen’s Day meant walking around the city all day // sitting along the canals and watching the boats go by // outdoor dance parties // ending the weekend on the rooftop, once again.
